We use standard shipping. Typically you’ll receive your order within 3 - 7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships. Our team will notify you via phone or email if there are any shipping delays on your order.

Due to the size of some of our products, items may be shipped in over-sized boxes, which may result in a higher shipping cost.

International shipping is extra and we’ll contact you regarding your delivery choices before assigning shipping. Customs and taxes on international shipments are the recipient's responsibility.

 

RETURNS

We wish to deliver the highest-quality product available, and we want you to love your purchases. With that, we will gladly accept returns or unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept exchanges, simply place a brand-new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience - our stock is limited and items go quickly so securing your new item is important.

If you need to make a return, please send an email to hello@shopbecasa.com and we will send you a prepaid return label. Your items to be returned must be received within the 30 days in unworn and unwashed condition. We’ll refund the original form of payment as soon as we receive the return package.
