ONLINE FAQs & SHIPPING

Online orders are processed within 48 hours. We use USPS and offer 2-day Priority Mail Service. If you’d like to purchase Priority Express Mail shipping (1 day), please select that option and pay at check out.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another confirmation email when your order has been intercepted by the mail service and is awaiting shipment.
We are unable to redirect packages after they are en route to you - please check your shipping addresses carefully when checking out.

We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. If you are missing your package, and tracking reads it as delivered -- please contact your local USPS branch office or your carrier.

GIFTING

If you’d like a Gift Note included with your purchase, please include the note in the Notes section on the checkout / cart page. We will tissue your order nicely and add a raffia bow inside the box.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY / E-COMMERCE / STORE CREDIT ONLY

We wish to deliver the highest-quality products available, and we want you to love your purchases. With that, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like a replacement item -- simply place a new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience and we will send it to you. Our stock is limited and items go quickly, so securing your new item via online purchase is important.

If you wish to make a return, email us at customerservice@shopbecasa.com and we will email you a convenience return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping - an $8 shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit refund. We’ll refund the balance via a store credit gift card code when we receive the item and review it to be returned. If the item is not acceptable - worn - or damaged we reserve the right to decline a refund.

Items ineligible for return:
- Hats (review measurements upon purchase please)
- Large Straw Totes (review measurements upon purchase please)
- Makeup, Beauty, Personal Hygiene Products
- Intimates
- Discounted / SALE items - all SALE items are considered Final Sale Items.

You must receive a RMA return label from BECASA to be eligible for returns and store credit refunds.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Returns are eligible on full priced merchandise for store credit or exchange ONLY, within 14 days of receipt. Store credits will be processed back to our customers on BECASA gift cards that are eligible for in-store and online purchases. If the item is not acceptable we reserve the right to decline a return/ store credit.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered - and if an in-store purchase, must have the tags attached.
We will not accept items with makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains.

All jewelry, shoes, swimwear, beauty, intimates or personal products are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.
Special orders (across all product categories) are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged

Gifts may be returned for store credit if returned within a 14 day window from the original purchase receipt
